Here is what you need:

Filter
dsb flux - bright noise
eye candy 4000 - gradient glow

Put the mask in your mask folder

Opne the tubes in PSP

New image 600x450
Flood fill with #726255
effects - plugins - dsb flux - brigth noise
with these settings

new layer
flood fill with #bba59a
layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk
and find the mask sharlimarMask57

Layers - merge - merge group

new layer
Make a selection like here with your selection tool

Edit copy - 1677 scenery China
paste into selection
blend mode - Luminance(legacy)
select none

Edit copy - F-MAi2008-83 - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
effects - 3d effects - drop shadow

Edit copy - Orientfan3-DVDM - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 3 times 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
blend mode - Luminance(legacy)
layers - duplicate
image - mirror
Layers - merge - merge down
drop shadow as before

Edit copy - PatryTubes_06_Oriental_24 - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 3 times 65% make sure that all layers are unchecked
blend mode - Luminance(legacy)
drop shadow as before

Edit copy - majtekst1 - paste as a new layer
drop shadow as before and move in place like the finished image

New layer flood fill med din lyse farve
selections - select all
selections - modify - contract 2 pixel
hit delete
select none

Add your name

Aktivate the layer with the lamp
With your lasso tool make a selection like here

Effects - plugins - eyecandy 4000 - gradient glow

Select none
edit - copy merge

Åben animationshop
edit - paste as a new animation
Back to PSP
Undo 2 times
Effects - plugins - gradient glow
change opacity to 40
Select none
edit - copy merge
Open animationshop - paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo 2 times
Effects - plugins - gradient glow
change opacity to 50
Select none
edit - copy merge
Open animationshop - paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo 2 times
Effects - plugins - gradient glow
change opacity to 40
Select none
edit - copy merge
Open animationshop - paste after current frame
back toPSP
Undo 2 times
Effects - plugins - gradient glow
change opacity to 30
Select none
edit - copy merge
Open animationshop - paste after current frame
Now you should have 5 frames
Edit - select all
Animation - frame properties 25
