flood fill #000000
selection - select all
selection - modify - contract 2 pixel
hit delete

layers - merge - merge down
effects - plugins - penta.com - color dot

Edit copy - @nn_lijen - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 1 gang 85% bicubic ikke flueben i all layers

Edit copy - - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 4 times 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
effects - 3d effects - drop shadow
