Mock - Mosaic
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation

New image 600x450
Foreground #8da6c5
Background #ffffff

make a gradient with these settings

Flood fill your image

Effects - plugins - mock - mosaic

Effects - edge effects - enhance more

Edit copy - Image1 - paste as a new layer
Edit copy - mistedwoman - paste as a new layer
Edit copy - image2 - paste as a new layer
Edit copy - mariée34-tube-colombej - paste as a new layer
Image - resize - 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked

Drop shadow with these settings

New layer
Selections - select all
Flood fill med #8da6c5
Selections - modify - contract 3 pixel
hit delete
select none
drop shadow as before

Add your name

Aktivate layer 2
effects - plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation

Edit - copy merged

Open Animation Shop
paste as a new animation

back to PSP
undo 1 time
effects - plugins - alien skin xenofex2 - constellation
random seed 1 time
edit - copy merge

back to AS
paste after current frame

back to PSP
undo 1 time
effects - plugins - alien skin xenofex2 - constellation
random seed 1 time
edit - copy merged

back to AS
paste after current frame

Edit select all
animation - frame properties to 25

Save as .gif
